Day Two, Monday, March 19 Service at St. Patrick's Senior Center in Detroit

We were the lunch time serving crew for a dining room of Seniors at St. Patrick's Senior Center.

The Center is bustling with activities for the Seniors.  Dancing, Tuesdays it's the    Hustle, card games, exercise, good company and conversations.

The girls served up tuna salad, corn, salad, potato wedges, bread, fresh fruit and  milk or juice.  Hair nets and gloves required dress for serving up lunches.

Our fearless leaders served up the ice cream.  This took muscle to scoop!                                                   Yes...those are hair nets and gloves!

                                                 After lunch the Hustle...

We completed our day with a drive around beautiful Belle Isle.  There was lots of   activity getting ready for spring and summer activities on the island.
